Multidisciplinary professional, specialized in business, brand, product and communication strategies. With over 15 years of market experience, having 7 national awards and 1 international award, one of which, IF Design Awards in the Product Design category, the largest design award worldwide. He had the privilege of working for large companies, such as: Zaffari, Bontempo, Vonpar, Aladdin, Martiplast, Mercur, Soprano, Intral among countless others.

Specialist in strategic management and passionate about design, he has solid experience in consulting at business modeling, innovation, market research, strategic planning and new products and services. In addition to having participated in strategic projects for major brands, such as Gerdau, Saque e Pague, Termolar and Zenvia, he collaborated in the design and development of dozens of new businesses, products and services.

Having studied Modern Language, graduated in Advertising from UFRGS and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, he believes that the mixture of disciplines and knowledge is fundamental for the construction of relevant projects. With over 25 years of experience in the market, he worked on projects for major brands such as Lojas Paquetá, Claro, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Meliá Hotels International, Grêmio Football Porto-Alegrense, as well as winning political campaigns.

Graduado em Design Visual na UFRGS, faz parte do time BDS desde 2017. Desde o começo como estagiário até a oportunidade de tornar-se sócio do estúdio, alimenta-se das mais diversas referências para agregar ao seu repertório criativo - assim como também experimenta diferentes atividades no estúdio em uma busca constante por aprendizado. Descontraído, colorado sofrido e pai de pet, o dia só começa na 1ª (ou 2ª) xícara de café.

Com energia de sobra e um olhar focado no presente, a Ju traz consigo uma paixão única para agregar valor ao atendimento e conteúdo do estúdio. Sua habilidade em coordenar os processos de cada projeto resulta em uma experiência fluida - desde o seu início até o seu desfecho.
